Tom Petty at the Royal Albert Hall 2012. The Hall was a fitting venue for the band, as their last UK performance came here on 29 November 2002 as part of the George Harrison tribute, Concert for George.
The two sold-out shows saw the band perform hits from their 35 year career, including much-loved anthems American Girl and Free Fallin’, have received unanimous praise from reviewers welcoming the band’s return to the UK stage.
