Quick & Easy Fix Of problem with Tiny Photoshop CC Menus & Texts in Windows 10 on 4K Monitors.
First, in Photoshop, you can turn off Text UI Scaling 200% if you have that currently, by going to Edit->Preferences->Interface->Text->UI Scaling-> and select “100%”.
Right click on the Photohop.exe file and select Properties, then go to the Compatibility Tab.
Select Override High DPI Scaling behavior, and select scaling performed by: System (Enhanced).
Apply to all users.
Hit Apply, and OK. That’s it!
