BASW – Becoming a social worker

Posted on Saturday, 5 April 2014

BASW – Becoming a social worker. We were asked by the good folks at Cactus ID to create three animated explainer videos / animated films for BASW – The British Association of Social Workers. It is a series of animations that show what social work can achieve. The animations are based on real events and the total length of the three videos is 6 minutes 25 seconds. The three videos start and ends in the same way on client request.

Video Background

BASW has worked with Skills for Care and Development, funded by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, to develop three online animated films aimed at encouraging people to consider if they have what it takes to become a children’s social worker.

Each animated film is based on the real-life experiences of three social workers and the children and young people they work with.

BASW Website Features the animated videos on their website and you YouTube.
