01 Creative Brief / Idea
We start by understanding your vision. Share your concept, video type, target audience, length, number of scenes, timeframe, style references, and any rough script through our Get Started Form, email, or phone call. This helps us capture the essence of your idea and provide a prompt estimated range. Even at this early stage, we ensure we understand your goals and the story you want to tell.
Timeline Overview
Timelines vary by project complexity, length, and scope. We will provide a custom schedule after reviewing your brief, with milestones for each stage. Provide input within 48 hours to keep us on track.
02 Script Preparation & Guidance
You provide the narrative, and we make it animation-ready. This includes reviewing pacing, scene lengths, word count per shot, clarity, and grammar. If you’d like, we can provide light guidance to ensure the story translates effectively into animation, always keeping you in control of the message. Our goal is to help your script flow naturally for viewers, without rewriting your intended content.
03 Storyboard
We visualise your story shot by shot. You can submit a rough sketch, or we provide a free template to get started. From this, we create a polished storyboard showing all scenes, key animation cues, and visual flow. This gives you a clear preview of how your video will unfold before production begins, allowing adjustments early in the process.
04 Concept & Style Frames
Full-colour style frames define the look and feel of your video. Each frame is created in-house, customised to your storyboard and references. This step ensures your video is visually unique, with no stock assets. You get a clear sense of characters, backgrounds, colour palette, and overall aesthetic before we move into full animation.
05 Voiceover
The right voice can bring your story to life. We guide you in selecting professional voice talent, taking into account tone, age, and style. You can supply your own VO or let us hire an artist. If the final recording isn’t ready, a temporary “dummy” VO allows animation to progress on schedule, with the final VO integrated seamlessly later.
06 Illustration
All characters, objects, and backgrounds are illustrated from scratch, in-house. Each element is designed to support your story, maintaining a premium, original look. No stock images or templates are used – everything is hand-crafted to make your video stand out.
07 Animation
We animate each scene by hand, using your approved storyboard and script as a guide. Our process includes compositing, applying post effects, colour grading, and combining scenes into a seamless final video. This ensures every movement, timing, and transition supports the story and style.
08 Sound Effects & Music
Sound enhances the emotional impact of your video. We add effects and help source or select royalty-free music that complements the visuals, amplifying mood and engagement. Every audio choice is crafted to support the storytelling.
09 Review & Delivery
We upload your video in Full HD (4K optional) for your review. Feedback is incorporated and the final, fully encoded video is delivered, along with free embedding code for websites and social media. This ensures your video is ready to share anywhere immediately.
10 Remote Collaboration & Support
