I’ve been to San Diego last week doing 3d imaging work.

Today I’ve been completing my NURBS modeling of a “cartoon” car. Then modeled a bridge and textures and lighting to a completed scene. I’ve been studying the book Maya at a Glance to learn more. Personal project.

I’m currently using the incredible DI3Dtransfer™ 3D Shape Transfer & DI3Dtransfer™ 3D Material Transfer tools at work right now for 3D Content Creation. I have attended the very interesting SIGGRAPH course on Eye Tracking to Control Virtual Characters at this years SIGGRAPH (2010).

This week I am in Canada doing some 3D/4D Imaging and training work. 1st time in Canada and people are really friendly and it’s a really nice place.

I will be going to SIGGRAPH this year in LA, representing Dimensional Imaging. Looking forward to that!

I have been to Oxford for one day doing some 3D Imaging work. Spend a lot of time traveling at the moment.

I have been in Galway, Ireland, doing some 3D imaging work. This was one of the smallest aircrafts I’ve been on.

I’ve got some time off and I have planned to start working through these Maya books. 8 books and 3 DVD:s. Will take some time but at least I can make a start!

This week I have been doing 3d imaging & training work in Kuwait. Very hot, temperature reached 43C.

My face is seen in the latest Develop Magazine, in an article about leaping the Uncanny Valley, not at the top but under the headline ‘Bridging The Gap’.
